John McCain can't seem to catch a break. I SERIOUSLY doubt that the guy ever did anything to benefit HIMSELF. He may have been "too good a friend" to some people and that was probably bad judgement on his part, but I don't think he was ever looking to benefit himself financially or politically. He'll probably get creamed in the election but I think overall he's more honest and straightforward than your average politician. He's a guy like Bob Dole who represents the best that this country has produced.
