Personally, I love the way those turbines look. But then, I was always a fan of Don Quixote....

Nice line.

But I confess I can't see much difference, aesthetically speaking, in a landscape dotted with oil derricks and windmills.

I can imagine my way into thinking of the one as dirty energy and the other as clean energy. And feeling different. Perhaps.

This one will have to grow on me.

Sad we have the hurricane problem on the gulf coast, imo shallow gulf coast waters would otherwise be perfect for them, no risk of an oil spill.

Personally, I love the way those turbines look.

TVA has installed about a dozen on the ridge opposite the valley that my parents' home overlooks.

We sit on the front porch and watch them go round. Biiig doin's on a Saturdy nite.

They look nice from that far away, but maybe the folks living in their shadows feel differently.

I'll ask Sancho to forget to bring your lance.
