Jealous of of Prop 13, are you? Oh yes, I've see first hand what Prop. 13 has done for the once great state of CA. The biggest rightie crock of sh*t to hit this country. And the biggest beneficiaries of Prop. 13 are the states around CA as Californians take their capital gains and debark for greener pastures.
