Do they give Tony any time in the yard? I mean, the guy really needs some fresh air. Does Tony the "informer", Tony the "rat", really expect us to believe that he, of all rats, doesn't understand that rats get immunity or plea bargains for being rats? As the testimony above shows, BREEN had unlimited access to both Cleveland and Gortimer , since they were both govt witnesses, yet BREEN still put Cleveland on the stand and had Cleveland testify to things that couldnt possibly be true. That is a illegal, it is unethical and it is a crime.. It is a felony and it is enough to disbar Breen and put him in jail where he belongs. And, doesn't Tony the Rat understand yet that Breen was Coordinator of the Capital Markets Unit of the Terrorist Financing Task Force that was investigating profiteering that occurred in the financial markets in anticipation of 911? Breen's whole deal was Tony trading, and profiting on, inside info about 911. Tony should be counting his blessings that the court wouldn't hear about his ties to 911 as to not prejudice a jury. Traitors do life. Tony's SI handlers are not doing Tony any favors by posting this stuff.
