rhoshariasha, thanx. I just was looking for sales on stock issued. wondering if the 5M was still being sold into market. can't see any other reason for anyone selling since there hasn't been much opportunity to buy below where we are now.
thanx

glad to see that it appears dilution rate from last year has in fact slowed and the last three transactions were acquisitions.
I've never owned a stock that has done this ridiculously bad, share price wise, while the actual company's success has been this good.
quite a paradox. The last few news releases are basically saying EDI orders are about to sky rocket. First they put TIP financing into play; then they say they are preparing for high volume recurring production orders from two major customers; and then release news that CAT gives them vendor number, which would be necessary to their preparation to begin a production run. Then EDI will expedite the production run from quote to payment.

The consensus on current dilution seems to take us to the 210M sh level,...
so, IMHO, this is a pretty good rally point.
and the carrot on the stick is Gaskins targets in Q3 that expect big jump in revenue and market cap (not to mention his 1.20$ target share price)
I know, I know ....we've been thru similiar situations before, but not with this type of news preceeding it.
the leap of faith,...and I mean, with a running start, is that ACII is going to go from 1.25M in revenue for Q ending Feb.29, to much much higher by Q ending Aug.
At least it's suspenseful.
