An Obama supporter on one of the blogs said that Sinclair picked the first week of November 2000 when Obama was running against Bobby Rush..Rush's son had died on October 17 and Obama agreed to not campaign for 2 weeks bringing the time in questioning to when the Chicago papers would have been following the campaign closely(they'll be helpful if this story gets legs)..there are also those who think that Sinclair was probably hospitalized in a psychiatric ward during the period he speaks.. The Sinclair video made its rounds on Obama mailing lists a couple of months ago..my first impression was he was either a mentally disabled person trying to get his 15 minutes of fame or a pawn used by the competing campaigns..
