As long as Jeb Bush is Governor, you can forget anything based on anything but an oil based economy.

Jed is gone, a victim of term limits. We have Charlie Crist, a Republican populist in the Terminator mode... and strictly a global warming convert. But we can't seem to get off square one... our legislature is 'old' not 'new' Republican.
