I trust the intelligence community having worked in it and know their mission - trolling health records is another matter. Besides the wire tapping stuff is in regards to foreign calls not domestic - you're ability to spin something beyond it's scope is astounding. Remember the lobbyists are mostly from the medical industry today. PS: I'm for national id cards too - if it ensures no illegals get them, I'm for profiling too and if my mexican american friends of legal status have incontrovertable proof of citizenship they'd be less annoyed by the profiling they already receive. As it is - the drivers license is suspect.
