If it needs more to force compliance with our complex tax code the problem is more in the tax code than in the funding --------- That, in a nutshell, is BS. The Bushistas, like the Clintons, have used the IRS to bludgeon those that have had the guts to voice strong opinions against their policies. The despots always have discretionary money for the IRS to silence their critics. I know this from the personal experiences of a close friend as well as acquaintances.
