I don't know. What I know is that juniors performs when they deliver something... either very positive exloration news, strong profits, new discoveries...whatever. If they are quietly developing their thing and not delivering on a regular basis, they do not perform too much, no matter how undervalued they are.

seems head fund managers still on the sidelines with all the cash in hand...once they start deploying it,we'll see juniors move,might need another 50 points cut on march 18 for that to happened i guess...
