I'm obviously getting tired. In any case, off to trading.

We can pick this up later, but the bottom line is Norway is a prosperous place due to oil revenues with "all in" tax rates that are comparable to the U.S. and other industrialized nations. So these higher incomes don't vanish into thin air, as my Swedish friends will attest.
