I hear you. And it hurts most because now we are living to 90 and americans, even some of those who the dems call the rich folks, will run out of money before they die. But the folks with defined benefit pensions as opposed to defined contribution 401ks will do one hell of a lot better even if they have little money in the bank.

I think the issue you both are talking about is the important issue you are talking about. The next time I attend my Congressman's meeting, I am going to ask him the question. And by the way, my Congressman is Pete Fortney Stark, the Chair of the Health Committee. He is very proud of his work in Congress for the past 32 years. Thanks for bringing that topic to this thread and let us keep it alive. I will report back to this thread on what he says, probably in six weeks.
