George, I'd love to see an up to date list too.. The link you posted had data linked as "Current data" but it was for August and September of 2007.

I have no doubt you saw a list, but if you can't recall where it was can you recall how current it really was?

No doubt such data is compiled and is made available to the "right" people, but how old does it have to be before we (the general investing public) can see it?

Without a listing and breakdown of the firms or individuals who have failed to deliver stock that they sold and collected the cash for weeks earlier, it's just a list of the victims, not of the offenders, isn't it!

That makes as much sense as a criminal court giving out the names of girls who have been raped and refusing to disclose the names of the criminals who were convicted of the crimes.
