I get a 1/2 gallon of Pomegranite juice for about $6.50 at costco. Then I dilute 4 to 1 it before drinking. I really like the stuff.

Or you can get 200 softgels for $18.

Not bad.

The red stuff keeps bacteria and whatever from sticking to the walls of your Urethra.

Cranberries will also keep you from getting cavities but I would watch out for the sugar added stuff.

"But, is there any reason one should pay five bucks for a small bottle of POM when you can buy like a gallon of cranberry juice for not much more than that?"

Why buy POM? HEB's store brand is about the same for 1/2 gallon.

But, I don't drink it for health reasons. I drink because I like pomegranates.
