Kim, I am sorry but I don't have an answer for you. The only experience I have had was were I owned stock that was taken private. I ended up owning a very minority position in a private company. I used to attend the annual meetings just to drive them a little nuts.

If you will remember, you encouraged me to turn in some stock that I had owned for many, many years. I turned in the stock after a 1 for 50 reverse then last week another reverse split.
I now have about 125 shares. Blink Logic. How's that for a name. Any way back to your question. I would start with the SEC and see if they can give you any help. I would hope that Night Owl could give you some guidance.

Jim
