ss, I suspect that there is a deep division within the HRC campaign. Notice how quiet Bill has become. And when does talk, he sets the bar for Hillary's victory. The bar he sets in public serves as a challenge for the faction in the campaign which opposes him and has the upper hand in making campaign decisions. How do you explain the high bar that Bill set in public when he said that Hillary had to win both TX and OH or "else Hillary is out." Looks like he was publicly challenging the HRC campaign folks like Penn etc.
