One cannot be a Muslim and Christian at the same time. Jesus said: I am the way, the truth and the light. No one comes to the Father except by me.

Thanks for pointing that out - I agree. So why would he say because of his Muslim upbringing he's better qualified to deal with the Middle East - AND YES - he's both said and implied that on numerous occasions

His Christianity makes him an infidel to the Muslim world.
