Tout TV has been telling everyone shorting is where it's at. Telling folks to buy QID, SRS, etc.. Telling everyone we're going to test the lows at 1270 or break them. When has Tout TV or any of the Wall Street Wizzards they prance out ever been right? Furthermore, since when have they ever helped the viewing public?

Is today going to be one of those days when the Dow goes up 300 points and every short in the world covers?

It makes you wonder.
