It makes sense, it should be done, and it will NEVER happen. Those asswipes in DC are not going to let that money out of their greedy little paws.

This is a prime example of what really pisses me off about the Republicans. In that first term they could have rammed this change through. They proved they are no more conservative then the other spend freaks that inhabit that place. Bastards each and every one of them on both sides of the aisle.
