Unemployment is around 5% - that was always acceptable under Clinton

losing their homes - It's already been established that the Banks abandoned good lending practices and the result is a rather ugly foreclosure rate.

Recession - By definition we're not in recession. It's possible we could slip into one but shouldn't Bush be afforded the same defining parameters that every recession is determined by?

You mean the Democratic parties minimum wage hike induced recession? We aren't in it yet by all definitions other then yours but we may yet get there. Happens every time you raise taxes or the minimum wage

Just who is it that's losing their jobs? People aren't losing their homes or jobs because of the recession because the recession hasn't started yet.....
