Probably a bit of both......I've heard that farmers hedging are getting squeezed by funds and banks who wont loan them money for margins.....The bakery I work at p/t just raised prices and is thinking of raising them again. No RYE in the country and it might be possible that soon there will be flour in the country at all if the Chinese and Indians keep buying. You would think the Govt. might step in but you cant expect anything right to be done by GWB.....
