cy, Dorchester Minerals (DMLP) -- thanks, that's most helpful. This company has a lot more going for it than it appears from just looking at the SEC filings. I have been nibbling away at the stock on dips, maybe its time to start bidding it up.

cyesp, Dorchester Minerals (DMLP) -- Quite a good quarter, cash flow skyrocketed 21% higher vs. 3Q. Reserves did slip somewhat vs. last year but they are not going down at a rate that would justify a 15% yield, which is what I am projecting going forward based on strip pricing for oil & gas.

I ended up buying a fair amount of this and will be looking to add on dips from here. Thanks again for mentioning this.
