Quite narrow veins and incompetent ground at Stillwater, expensive to mine ... thousand dollar a tonne ore, and better, but inches wide and pinching down to nothing, banded all through like that, the whole mountain so crumbly you have to prop up every bit of it ... all this in a high-safety high-wage jurisdiction, hard to make a buck ... this is true also for btp.v, which is the current incarnation of the old ido.v if memory serves, a few of us did real well on it about eight years ago when palladium ran the last time, but a keeper it is not imho, once the spike is cooked ... russet was one who played ido.v, knew a lot about it, called the top spot-on as well
