Wrong. Richardson is hispanic and i just dont see it happening. I am thinking Ed Rendell more and more with the foreign affairs powerhouse as secy state. Maybe richardson there. Rendell will win over reagan dems and catholic voters who will be attracted to mccain. He is like rudy without the craziness. I thought webb would be good too for fp reasons but my son has convinced me that their may be some skeletons in his novels that may hurt obamas campaign. Zinni was another one i heard.

Richardson is definately a possible running mate...he is from the Southwest, is a former Energy Secretary and he has extensive Foreign Policy experience. I'm sort of surprised that Richardson has stayed on the sidelines...It's time to step up to the plate and endorse Obama just like Senator Dodd did today.
