Yes, he really is. Each debate he seems to be more comfortable with the issues and better at responding to Hillary. She is getting creamed in this debate. If anything he's been more on the offense with rebuttals than she has. Pretty funny watching "the smartest women in the world" get beaten by a rookie.

Also, Tim Russert has shifted to presenting more difficult and uncomfortable questions.

You could tell the way he popped up and started shaking hands he knew he one this one. On the other hand, Hillary played with her mike and got up very slowly.
