Imperative, not for me. The people who use it seem to find them imperative, but it is not a large market and will not be imperative after 3g licenses are issued and the networks roll out. There's few other countries in the world that have a need for this too, so it kind of limits the market more. Now a lot of entrants for few buyers. Makes the winner have to have the best product far and above others offerings. CNTF, I never invested in, but I have considered it in the past at higher prices than the present. I do not think I'd invest in them, but leave my opinion open to enjoy playing on a flip here or there.
