To support any kind of system where there is judgement of human beings "deserving" of health care is morally and aesthetically offensive to me.

"Deserving" is an odd word. I don't see it in play in any system. "Eligible," maybe, as in eligible for Medicare. But that's a public program, the kind you don't think makes that type of decision.
