BUT there's a really nice looking ABC off the low of two weeks ago with the C up from Friday equalling the A up

That's the count I mentioned last friday when everyone was getting bullish. The $RUT was the clue as that 3 wave move off the Feb 13 high broke the feb 7 low. The thickening jello count.
