It's sad....10% of all MLS listings are now in foreclosure. I think things will hold together for a little while longer....until the panic begins.

But, you know what....Americans did it to themselves. No one put a gun to their head and made them buy a $500,000 Mcmansion with no money down. No one made them take out 50k worth of credit card debt.

The terrorists didn't do it.

Americans did it to themselves.
