where do you view him on the spectrum compared to Obama? Depends on the issue. My 'big issue' is energy independence (which I think has crossover effects to a bunch of other issues including the economy, trade deficit, foreign policy, etc). And Richardson is really strong on energy. He is probably right of Obama on a lot of liberal "nanny state" issues. I'm an immigration hawk so probably don't agree with any of the Dem candidates... or McCain for that matter.
