[I am almost certain that most of the money from secondaries have gone to the personal pockets of high level management, board members, and a couple of big major share holders. So this kind of secondaries should have been restricted a long time ago!]--Share issue crackdown may hit China Inc financing

SHANGHAI, Feb 27 (Reuters) - Chinese firms looking for money to expand, both at home and overseas, could find it harder to raise financing than they have in years after a clampdown on new share issues.
