Very good detective work. Thank you for that.

Three things aren't working in PAL's favor today.

1) It's coming off a major move (It blasted through its 200ema).
2) An insider is dumping shares...not just a few shares by the way.
3) The pros are pulling or lowering their bids after they saw the news on the insider.

PDL. Found this insider selling. Haven't looked around to see what percentage of shares this represents for Kaiser. I'm holding for now. This will be a bumpy ride for sure.

ShootFirst says that Kaiser and his company own 48% of PDL,
