i think you're right. if one spends $1000 now on sfun, when the deal closes you have around $1050 in hand, ie around %5 as opposed to %25.

There is no fault. Your 100% correct.

Lets assume you have 0,5% fees -> your profit is around
4,5%. I call that nice, especially when you take the
timeframe into account -> I hope the deal will be closed in
march or april at the latest -> 1/2 month hold.
