Have you read the executive order? Or is BDS such a strong affliction that you can't think straight? It's not very long:

whitehouse.gov

Let me put it into laymen terms; it basically says that "Essential agencies and governments" will have a plan in place for continuity of services. This includes all three branches of government local and state governments as well. And essential agencies.

Gee and it replaces the directive that was signed by Wee Willie Clinton in 1998:

fas.org

That executive order would essentially provides the same coverage, but is updated for changing times. However in usual clintonesque style, that document has never been publicly released.

Please point out where the President signing an order that requires that government branches and essential agencies have a plan in place so that they continue operating in the event of emergencies is unconstitutional.

When is this going to become an investment thread?

My bet is I'll be the one summoned to the principle's office and not maxncompany! Can any BDS inflicted folks critically think...Don't answer; It's a rhetorical question.
