Area51, Paramount Gold (PZG) -- I'm disappointed with what has transpired, both on the field and on the 'Street. They had a long break in drilling due to permitting issues, which I guess is simply a part of the landscape down there in Mexico, but it was frustrating nonetheless. The biggest disappointment is that the firms that participated in their equity raise about a year ago never picked up research coverage of the company. Supposedly there's been a lot of turnover of analysts at Blackmont, but still, its been a goddam year, they coulda gotten somebody to write them up but haven't.

I have dumped a fair amount of my position but have decided to hold the rest until the end of June. By that point they will either have issued another 43-101 report (as currently expected) or they will have not, and at this point I am planning to sell in either event, win lose or draw.

I'm not really looking at investing much in the precious metals stocks any more, oil & gas commodity prices are on a tear and appear locked into being high for quite awhile. Also, my experience with stocks such as PZG has made me realize that I don't really understand this business well enough to be investing any serious money in it.
