MTN Group fourth among the top 60 global performers in terms of its shareholder performance index (SPI), beating a number of global communications, media and technology (CMT) giants, including Google, Hewlett-Packard and Walt Disney.

As you can see Elmat is on the winning team, pole-climbing as if there's no tomorrow.

pent-up demand. “The African mobile subscriber base is roughly 230 million and is expected to reach around 425 million by 2012, implying that there is still a market.”

Many many more poles to climb through the savannahs of Africa.

MTN's acquisition of Investcom was the cherry on top as it allows them access to 20 additional markets.”

Cherry? This is a bloody lemon I have to turn around here in Benin!!

Hope bonus will be good.

As you well know UK was going to join the Third World about the late 70's. Then they hit North Sea, played a little wayo, OPEC jacked oil prices and UK kept afloat.

But they've spent all. Today they are crying about the spilt milk. Once we start producing oil like crazyn in about 5 years time. I hope we keep saving and make a huge fund with la plata!!!

Britain could have had one of the world's biggest sovereign wealth funds.

UK 'missed chance to build up £450bn sovereign wealth fund'
