Now they sure completely lost control, along with their
credibility. And that just means their paper (Federal
reserve notes) will be worthless

When debt is external, the trade usually is "sell everything
and the currency". That includes government bonds. That's
exactly what is happening... IMHO. BWDIK? It ain't deflation.
There won't be money supply contraction. There will be
tons of credit blow-ups. Where Mish is wrong is the
direction of long rates IMHO. Those gonna shoot UP!
That and the dollar. The buck is NOT going higher.
