"Fairly" shouldn't be ignored because it increases the accuracy of the statement.

Just because the money comes from taxation it doesn't make the whole system a command economy.

I didn't say "the whole system is a command economy", but government does in many ways operate as a command economy. Not just the taxation, but all the regulation as well.
