It does seem very strange to have high import duties on ethanol from Brazil, which has not been implicated in many attacks on the USA, while Saudi Arabia, which is sworn to overthrow infidels and bring Islamic Jihad to the heathen barbarians, provides cash flow to the suicide bombers and carnage creators and is mates with the oil guys like King George II.
