Totally agree! 40,000+ people may be tainted, or become ill; because of such negligence.....Words fail. By the same token, the mortgage mess, and all that has happened downstream from that, is the same sort of thing. People wanting to buy on the cheap, with no money as DP....more house than money to pay for it -- lenders going nuts and letting them....then bundling the money, then the banks do it, etc etc etc etc...... Neither side of these transactions seem to have to pay for their stupidity. Or worse. NOW, we are ALL going to pay for their mess because these folks were so negligent. We pay constantly and most of us are just not only tired of it, we are getting damn mad about it!
