Leaving aside for a moment the question of whether or not the Texas government spends to much money, why do you want to keep focusing on Texas so much. If we are talking about high taxes (and regulation, although I recognize that wasn't the initial point even if it may be a more important one) causing things to not be as good as they could in a state why not look at a state like NY.

Texas is doing just fine with no state income tax. Amazing how that allows Texas to be one of the greatest states for corporations to operate in.

To show you how stupid democrats are, Obama told a group of democrats cheering that the people need to quit paying for the corporate polluters, the corporations need to pay for their own pollution.

Obama doesn't have a clue as to how the real world works.
