@Wörns - DBK
Its tough to argue, why this or that corp. bought or sold,
but lets do it for DBK as one example. Imagine you want to hold your
SPSN shares stable. So, these 2,8Mio. SFUN shares will
transform into 2,1Mio. new SPSN shares. What do you do? You
are able to sell SPSN shares, thats what DBK did. I think
these two combinations lead to the low share price. First,
you are able to sell SPSN shares because you get new ones,
if your a SFUN holder. And second you could short SPSN, if
you have SFUN shares too, just not to loose value. I really
wasn't aware that this could cause so much payne, but the
deal will be finally closed in a few weeks, a new "era" will
begin.
