Absolutely not. If a politician was well informed, he/she would vote against Israel which defeats the Zionists agenda.

No, for the same reason that the NYT hasn't been hauled into court for breaking the Espionage Laws, which they clearly did several times. The result would be more costly for the government than the one being charged.
