B&B needs the same attributes you describe (next to water etc) to be worthwhile too. Maybe they can get a national yoga personality to set up a retreat there, or something along those lines, where the individual is the draw.

No, no, no.........you're much too negative.

There are LOTS of wealthy people down there with similar homes everywhere. That home will get snapped up in a heartbeat by some wealthy Californian looking for a deal, just like J Chris said. Beautiful area, but too hot for me in the summer time! Robin Williams has a home down there, as do many wealthy execs have winter homes there.
