I heard the Texas Party reacted fairly badly to that 'threat'.

(Doubt --- since many of her own backers were on the committees which wrote the rules some time ago --- that there will be *any* law suits. :-)

Let's see...the rules in Texas have been the same since at least 1988. So Bill Clinton liked them in 1992 and 1996.

When Hillary doesn't like rules that the Party says are o.k., she sues...but when Florida and Michigan are said by the Party to be improper...she wants them to be o.k..

Hmmmmmmmm.
