Well they( interest rates) don't have to go up if central banks around the world will just print money to "pick up the slack" in demand for Government bonds yielding well below world inflation rates.

Mish never succumbed even to me...

That is because your tactics are quite lacking. Alan Greenspan and I waterboarded him at GITMO. In less than three minutes Mish was screaming "inflation!"
