I don't either, but a new scary low... that's the ticket. It'll have the tax-time investors going hard to cash.

My accountant told me that recently (sorry I don't know when he meant) that it was reported that mutual funds cash assets were at their lowest percentage of all time -- that's a total lack of risk control and way too much equity optimism.

Hi Henry,

Hard falls come from tops not bottoms.

I think this last little restest will be a gift for a last minute bargain.

Lord knows I could be wrong.
