That's true. Those rights were established by amending the Constitution. As I suggested in my last post, if you want to establish that as a right, have at it. You have two excellent models to follow.

Your simple notions are contradictory:

You are introducing extraneous stuff. My notion is, indeed, simple. There is no right to health care. Wishing won't make it so. If you want the right, go out and establish it.

If you don't want the right established but are merely rent seeking, then you have plenty of examples to follow on how to do that. Go for it.
