Hi Ray,

Wow absorbing all that data is like drinking out of a fire hydrant.

Yup,I've been invested in 4 dealerships - the first one, which I built up and grew over the last 20 years just this month on the 28.

From that we've purchased 5 other dealershipd - one which we closed down and consolidated the territory intop my store.

Just yesterday I promoted my best manager to the title I've had for 20 years - General Manager.

I now have a full time replacement to take away my day to day tasks.

I'll focus on more buying used cars and watchingmy stock portfolio.

I want to lock in some credit swaps on some of the real estate debt and perhaps a tranch or two of our floorplan bill.

Lastly my mother is going to be 90 this December.I've not returned home to Wisconsin to live since I left to work for Chevrloet at age 19.

I chased my dreams, have some very dynamic stores that are well situated for future growth and want to slow it down and enjoy life a little more.

I've been getting up in the morning and running my stocks for a long time and then working 10-12 hour days.

I'm a little burned out on it and will enjoy a more paced lifestyle.

Thanks for the data source.

A lot of my friends are having a very tough go at running their dealerships.

It seems those that had a huge real estate run up are hurting the most now.

In Texas we never really had that big boom and it is hard to find a foreclosure sign here.

Hard to imagine such a different world elsewhere.

Bob
