I'm not sure how it should be interpreted because of the change, but the elimination of the short sale uptick requirement is having it's impact here. Comparing percentages not volumes, note that odd lot short sales as a per cent of odd lot sales is running higher than short sales as a per cent of sales (total volume). At first blush that could be construed as a significant negative public sentiment read, but that may be too easy.
